Hi Blog, how's it going?

Wow, the last time I write something in this blog is October?? Did not realize its been that long :/ Well then I guess there is a lot to talk about? :p Well sure, there is but thing is I dont meant to bore my readers (ade ke?) with pesky mundane life of myself xD.. Wait, this is my blog??

Hrmm... Well if u must know, Last semester I did well despite the fact having to take 26 credits.. Well mostly is research stuff and TAs that got me there, but I did do well on all the other class to.. Its Ironic how I got my highest GPA (yet) when taking the most amount of credits.. lol only one subject I didnt get an A. Well its a writing/group discussion class. Reading my blogs u'll know that my english is not Shakespeare, so go figure :p

Nevertheless, getting 3.5 CGPA seemed possible now.. I'm at 3.45 now, but its doable! Who would think?? After all these years of not getting Aces, I guess its true when people say "It's not over till its over".. I give up too fast, I agree.. BUT Thankfully, I have friends who been there supporting me, saying "Bole Bari, Aku Yakin ko Bole"and my mum who understands my situation.. When I get bad results, I am really scared to told my mum coz I dont want to get scold at, but surprisingly she just accepted it, ask myself to be strong and do better next in the future.. Thanks everyone for your support. Definitely could not make it without it ^_____^

Puzzling Words

Weather is getting colder here at Rochester..

Seemed like snow is just around the corner (Yucks!)

Adapting to the weather, I stop cycling to school (actually my bicycle tire got flat again and uuukh how I hate to repair it!)

Taking the public bus again.. pfft.. ok

So taking the public bus, although it seems mundane, sometime interesting things can occur.. Like today,

I was in the bus, somebody play the bell to stop the bus. The bus stopped somewhere (not sure if its a bus stop coz its at the side of the road with darkness and all) and the guy who was going out of the bus said:

"Thank you! Thank you for being gracious and ignorant!" As he went out of the buss - having this weird expression on his face ..

Interpretations?

So I was thinking.. "wait, that doesnt sound right.. Gracious with Ignorant??? Doesn't go together in my dictionary"..

Is the bus driver gracious because he stopped at the bus stop exactly where he wanted? Or is it coz he stopped not at the bus stop but close to where the guy should have gotten off?
Is the bus driver ignorant because he did not hear the bell? Or is he ignorant because he stopped at some place where theres no bus stop (ignoring the road/bus rule)?
Or is simply because the guy was being sarcastic?

Either way, I could not decide what really happened and my mind was wondering about this conundrum for hours.. It's interesting, isn't it?

Hurrm its been awhile!

oMg fall 2010 was so busy! Not just academically but also leisurely lol

Ok so semester is going well so far! It much work, but doable.. And the class that I am taking this semester only has 2 exams! So most of the time I just write papers.. o_O


Since Summer, and Fall.. I have lived with new roomates/housemates.. They are all awesome!! At first I was kind of scared that we would have a lot of drama going on in the house.. You know.. But hey, nothing serious!!

Can't wait for my first pre-release magic tournament this saturday.. Have a nice weekend =D
